Information

Processing and protection of reports.

Purpose and recipients

Data are processed by Elettrica System to receive, assess and manage the report. Content is intended for the Supervisory Body and any authorised persons strictly necessary for the investigation.

Optional data

Name and email are not mandatory. The report must contain sufficiently precise information to allow the reported facts to be assessed.

Retention

The report and related documents are retained for the time necessary to manage the case and in any event for no longer than five years after the final outcome is communicated, subject to any further legal obligations.

Technical limitations

The form does not intentionally add IP addresses or user agents to the message, but the hosting provider and email systems may generate technical logs. Absolute anonymisation is therefore not promised.
